Towards an open higher education (proposal of 13 November 2000)

Introduction of a bachelor-master structure in Dutch higher education may take effect as soon as the course year 2002 – 2003. Graduates will be able to choose between the Dutch titles or international bachelor-master degrees. Universities will be able to select student’s for certain master programmes. The master programmes in higher professional education will be recognised by law.
